Payment
All orders must be paid for in full before shipping. We accept all common means of payment through our PayPal account.
PayPal
You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order. Your payment will not be processed into our PayPal account until it is ready to ship. At that time your order total may be reduced to reflect shipping costs and stock on hand.
Shipping
We use Canada Post to keep shipping costs down. Most orders are sent by Canada Post Small Packet service at a very reasonable rate. Contact us if you wish your order to be delivered by another method.
U.S. Shipping
Canada Post is significantly cheaper than the major carriers and we feel that it is your best choice. Delivery time is usually 5-10 days, but can be up to 14. Faster delivery by post is available, including overnight delivery. Please contact us for more information.
Canada Post is not providing accurate delivery estimates for surface post to the U.S. Actual delivery time is up to 14 days not 14-28 days.
