We try to respond to every email within 24 hours.  If you haven't heard back from us there are three likely reasons:

-NWC's email ended up in your Spam folder.  Go ahead, take a look.  That was easy, wasn't it?

-You made a mistake when you entered your email address.  It happens too often, so double check your email address before pressing the Send button.

-Still no word from us?  A few internet companies block our email as spam so it will never get to you.  If you use an EarthLink email address you will never hear from us.  The only solution is to use a different email address such as gmail.
