Shipping
Canada: Cost varies according to postal code.
U.S.: Flat rate to anywhere in the U.S. depending on size and weight. Most orders ship for $5-$20. We use Canada Post small packet service. This is the least expensive way of shipping to the U.S. and often avoids customs expenses. At your request we can provide shipping through any major carrier.
Delivery time is 7-14 days. Most orders arrive within 7-10 days. Rods and oversized items can take longer. Rush orders, including next day delivery, are possible but at an extra charge.
We don't process your payment for shipping until the actual shipping cost has been confirmed. This often results in a small shipping discount being applied to your order and saves you money.
Shipping Cost Example: Orders weighing up to 500g will ship anywhere in the U.S. for about $7.00. So, if you order one set of Jaxon SE-KWE floats shipping will be about $7.00. But if you order five sets it will still cost only $7.00. Or if you order one set and a few other items, as long as the weight is less than 500g it will cost about $7.00 to ship.
Similarly, shipping one rod usually costs about $35. Shipping two or three rods also costs about $35. And shipping one or two rods and a net would cost about $35.
Shipping costs will always be higher, therefore, for small orders. You won't save on shipping by only ordering one or two small items.
Returns
Any item purchased can be returned in original condition within fourteen days for either a refund, exchange, or store credit of purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping cost. It is that simple.
Damaged Goods
Please let us know as soon as you receive your order if any items have arrived damaged. Keep the packaging and item in the condition you received them (we might want a photo or two). We will replace the items or provide a credit equal to the purchase price of items damaged during shipping.
